Oil fired boiler servicing and repairs, heating system modifications and or installations and controls.
LANDLORD GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATES & GENERAL PLUMBING
Landlords must provide evidence annually in the form of a CP12 certificate, to prove that safety checks have been carried out on all gas appliances in their rented property. As a Gas Safe engineer, I am qualified to carry out these safety checks and issue certification.
